Using the 6.6 liter LSP GM Duramax standard block and head assembly as a base, Marine Power USA (MPUSA) has created a disruptive and innovative marinized diesel engine that sets new international standards for a clean, efficient,
lightweight, low vibration engine that is both durable and extremely low maintenance. The inboard engine can attain US Tier 3 environmental standards, as well as providing outstanding propulsion solutions for vessels In the 28 to 45
foot range, with easy production variations from 400 to 550 Horsepower. In years 2-3 projected manufactured volume along with its sister Airboat Engine, are estimated to be 1S0 to 200 engines per year.
Alrboat engines are 450hp. Due to the light weight design, this is the only Diesel option for the Airboat market globally.
